I got it working some months ago but i have no idea how. (Well to be honest its still pretty unclear what do i actually need to get the ears/facial stuff working, its the .tri files or? For example, he has shouts and fights and is max level? I figure that with that and the "You are not Dragonborn" mod, I could get a immersive playthrough.

As for "too busy" and "shit design" you are certainly one to talk. Seriously. Especially since you can't take criticism to save your life as your banning from Nexus shows clearly.
