Elden Ring body Morphs?

I've been seeing several gifs of characters with extreme body morphs like this one, and im wondering if anyone can point me to someone who can show me how to do it. I know it involves cheat engine, but as far as my knowledge with it goes.

A lot of those more extreme bodies are conversions from other games such as Monster Hunter World.
