Has been a while and I have no idea why the old thread got deleted. The mod is still alive and well. most of the issues are fixed by now.
Weightpainting has been completely redone. More details added to the mesh where more details where needed. Dirtmaps load up correctly. Trying my best to get them seamless, which is a massive hack as the game does whatever what combination of alpha and opacity. It's lots of triel and error, but slowly getting there.

Feet are less blocky now. 

 

 

New weightpaint:

 

New weightpaint also includes breast weights, so it should be fully compatible with the Yamatai trainer.

There's no way to preview the dirtmap as it shows in game, this is what I do:

From what I heard, it's because someone advertised their own paid mod there which is against the rules and so the entire thread got removed even though the moderators could've just clean up that user's advertisements instead.

 

Anyway, it's great to see you back and that you're still doing progress on your mod.

Would you like some help with the textures? You can send me the blender file - I'll load up the textures and help make them more seamless for you, and send it back.

 

I also would like to add more 3D nipples and 3D labia if you don't mind.

My idea was to keep that topic as a doc on how tomod this game. Stated from the beginning that this will be free. An option for donations might be added to nexus and they are of course welcome, as this has been much more work than expected. Much, much more. But still, I would not ask or charge for anything to play the mod.

Though ... any chances of a not-totally nude version, like with ragged-tattered cloths (and preferrably barefoot? I like sexy and at least somewhat immersive more than totally nude, not gonna lie. But I take what we can get ^^

Dirtmaps are handled like in the vanilla game. Means, Lara will get clean and dirty dynamically.
I only know for sure the aviatrix outfit can be replaced. There are more outfits and I will try to replace them, but I can't promise it.

 

So make sure to give in your vote, as the top voted will be part of the mod 100%

As I thought, the problem with the DLC outfits is that they share textures with other outfits. When I change Aviatrix with an all clean version, Laras face won't match with carmo, demolition and a bunch of other outfits. But I might can add it as carmo. Looks like that has a unique set of textures. I'll keep it for an later update, as the mod is about to be released now.

I'm on the Steam Deck and these mods only work on Proton. Linux version isn't compatible. This mod, the shaved version doeen't show up. The bush on main works fine. And the Anniversary Lara mod uses the main outfit instead of the Aviatrix DLC costume. It seems like Linux + Proton is very tempermental with the Aviatrix outfit.
