The one I see on GitHub only has a "Win32-x64" version. Just like the mods themselves, I don't see where to place the files to get the Mac version to recognize it.

Yes, I can download mods through the workshop and they work fine through the Warhammer III launcher. Those mods are directed to steamapps/workshop/content/1142710, and then each one is held in a folder with a seemingly random string of numbers (corresponding to their workshop IDs). I've tried placing my offline mod packs there as well, but the launcher ignores them.

Have you tried leaving it in the 'mods' folder then renaming the file? I.e. wh3_dark_elf_debaucheries1.pack ? Sometimes renaming the file helps detect it.

Update on Morathi's stage 4:

- I'm still alive
- model is done and tested in game

- to be released when her progression is also done (reskin will be standalone as usual)

- should happen a little time after update 3.0

Hello, sorry for the delay, some other projects in progress... and I also changed my workflow and my objectives, I was not satisfied with the result, so I started all from zero my next modes will be the Alarielle V2 and Repanse at the same time when I have finished, which will change, better quality, especially the face and the details of the body, in particular the muscles, the scar, on the screens it is an unfinished but functional test version, I would change the hair, the eyes as well as a new face and some final tweaks to the textures and finalized the armor.

More information soon.

For the armor, the final render and finish and this time yes, without decimation and with acceptable performance despite the 100k polycount which is approaching.

I still have to fix all animation related flaws and create a body addapter.

I prefer the armored version than the undressed one. Too epic for my eyes

(you could put a white panties? on her naked pussy, I don't mind)

I will post the three versions,

One armored, another with private parts + armor and one completely naked.

I finally finished the armor and these animations so that each of the pieces fits correctly into the others like metallic elements without overlapping and redid the textures for a better rendering. I also made pretty hair and eyes and a new sword.

Still the facial animation to refine, she screams a lot and I would like it to be clean on the side.

I had finished the sword but I find it too ordinary so I started again with the idea of a gold letter engraving on the blade, it was nice but not cool enough so I chose the inlay for in the blade so that one can see through the letters.

I need to finish the sword to make nice portraits and still some small bug related to the mount.

I would make a new horse but that will be for an update.

In a day or two I think.

What's the general workflow for extracting models to edit them in Blender, then converting it back to a format the game can use?

I tried to edit the N'kari model but when i try to load it my game just crashes.

 

Here's what I did:

  1. First, I extracted the rmv2 file from the original game's .pack file using Asset Editor.
  2. Next, I opened the rmv2 file with QtRME (latest version 0.4.9), and exported it as an fbx file.
  3. I then loaded that file into Blender,moved and scaled some vertices around just to test.
  4. After I was done with that, I exported the edited file again as an fbx and loaded it with QtRME.
  5. In QtRME i selected the correct skeleton and hit "export to RMV2". I got a simplygon error and it asked me to save 4 identical LODs instead. I clicked "yes" to proceed.
  6. Then, I loaded the edited RMV2 file into an existing pack made by someone else which I know works. I only replaced the existing dae_nkari_01.rigid_model_v2 model file with mine and pointed all the textures to it.
  7. Finally, I saved it as a .pack file and put it into my data folder.
  8. I load my game, enable my mod using the vanilla TW mod manager and game starts normally. But as soon as i want to start a battle my game crashes at the end of the loadscreen.

 

Did i do anything wrong or have i missed something? Would be very glad for any help if someone knows.
