What is this weird ass hand animation? and how do I just remove it?

So I have no idea wtf this shit is. The hand actually spins around, the 3 screenshots show it in motion
Unfortunately I never noticed it until my game was loaded with mods
I've so far tried turning off and deleting my animation overwrites in Mod Organizer
I've turned off the YY Mystic Knight animation, and I still get this bug even with the ugly Skyrim default animations

What about Pretty Combat Animations? That sounds like it has something to do with idle animations while having weapons out.

And what are your "animation overwrites" in MO? file conflicts between installed mods? or files from FNIS/Nemesis that are in Overwrite?

I ended up fixing it by turning off both of these mods
The culprit was likely one of the two
But the two mods were Rugged Blade Warrior and Character Behaviors Enhanced

edit: it was Rugged Blade Warrior

That would have been my next suggestion.  Disable suspect mods.  You have, and found it - nearly.

 

I really wish I could offer you advise about rules and LO, but I really have no experience with those mods.

Honestly, I really just wanted to try out the "tag" feature (asked a moderator how), but I'm still a NOOB - pretty much, so any extra experience is a huge help.
