donttouchmethere Posted March 27, 2022 Posted March 27, 2022 I'm building BSA for voice files. Those need a plugin to be read by the game. For that reason I create an esp, but I need to choose a Master/Masters plugin for the esp. My Question: Does it matter what master I define? For example: BaboInteractiveDia.esp Creating a BSA from voice files for BaboDialogue. As master for the bsa plugin I choose BaboInteractiveDia.esp as master for my BaboInteractiveDia - voice.esp. Does that make sense or would Skyrim.esm good enough for every bsa related esp?
If nothing from the BaboInteractiveDia.esp is used, it makes no sense to use this as the master. If there are no real masters whose resources are used, the Skyrim.esm is always correct.

Das kann ich mir merken. 5 hours ago, worik said: In fact, I would avoid EVERY other esm Too late, I will burn in Plugin hell. Until the next BSA that is. Thanks you two. Maybe a little additional question before I just find out: MO2 gets incredible slow with mods that add a LOT of loose files (voice mods are the worst so far besides Apropos2). BSA would help mod managers too right, not only speed up Skyrim loading processes?
