Game not launching

I recently reinstalled Skyrim AE and decided to mod the fuck out of game and it won't launch

skse64.log modlist.txt

[donttouchmethere]

No surprise there, it's AE!

Usually a missing master or wrong patch can cause that (Master of patch got removed, wrong patch installed)

It's been 5-6 years since I had to go through process but I believe the method is to install game, make sure it works, install some mods, make sure it still works.ect.ect.

 

So, what was the last chunk of mods you installed just prior to it not launching? Surely it was launching and you added a few more mods and then it went to shit..Right?

The last I did is configured the FNIS and Nemesis and SLACS

just to confirm, the game launched fine prior to this? 

 

What is SLACS?

What is SLACS?   

SLACS is SL Advanced Cum System which was updated in may I think and I haven't launched the game prior mods which means I launched only to download all the AE stuff
