Creation of json for creature framework

Like it shows in the post. For jsons for like creature framework where does the information actually come from? 

 I want to add This wild horse mod  and this More horses mod more to creature frame work since they are so well made

I fear you would also add schlongs to those mods or you get dry humping. If those horses aren't recognized by creature framework as horses it gets even more complicated.

You could ask in mod topics that add new creatures to be recognized by CF/MNC.

You could ask in topics where new creatures are added to the game that didn't had a schlong before and aren't patched by MNC SLAL.
