Modern help with sexout installation

So im looking on how to install sexout and all these plug ins, but some of the links are outdated and idk where to find alternatives. could someone help me step by step and tell me where things go in which folders? id really like to get started on getting adult mods.

When I first came here I kinda thought the same thing as you.     Just do what BruceWayne says and follow his installation guide, it is well done.  There is another one up there also, by ChancellorKremlin.  (sp?)      One is for Sexout in general, the other is for Sexout NG, which is one of the components.   Follow them both, and go slowly, don't try to rush through or skim anything.    Then for each plugin, just go to that plugin's latest thread and make sure you read the first description post, and last couple pages if nothing else.  

 

Takes a while, but if you do it that way I think you'd be ok.     I think impatience probably gets a lot of people, myself included.

Yes as the above stated. I perfer to direct those new to Sexout to BruceWayne's instrucions.

Fire up the game after installation to make sure that it works. You cannot do anything (Sex) yet but it is still good to test first before moving on.

 

Next:

For SCR it is easy even if it seems daunghting. Most mods require it so it is to your advantage to install it early.

On the second post just download and prepare all the files mentioned. Installed them one at a time and check off what you have done. It is easy.

Sometime during the prep you will have to decide if you want "Store" or "pregnancy". Many mods pull from these as well. If so follow the continuing instructions just like before. Afterwards you will be able to install them.

 

Before installing other mods I suggest that you fire up the game again. The game should start and run. Again there isn't anything yet to have sex with. You need other mods for this.

 

Install Store and Pegnancy.

Start and test. Runs great ... good.

 

Now install the various mods that you want. I would advise you to .zip or 7z the data folder just in case something gets screwed up in the future.

Install some functioning mods and test to see if it is working and then slowly add a few more at a time. Soon you will be running into the "Plug in Limit"

I strongly advise that you limit the mods to most needed essential mods that cant be lived without. Also if you are willing to learn more learn how to "merge" mods to lower the plugin #.

 

Only ever use FOMM for Sexout mods. Nothing else. It is the only supported mod manager for FNV here on this site. Never ever use NMM for Sexout mods.

 

That should cover most of the basics. If you run in to specific questions no problem. Look to see if it has been posted. If not post it in the appropriate Forum.
