..I am totally lost on what to do even with a guide

I just want pronz :<

like

sexdefeat + creaturees rape w/e
belly bulge / cum inflation
nicer looking female body / textures

its the third time i try to install mods into skyrim..and i keep hitting a wall -_-

Some mod pages date from 2013 with some dead links yet the thread is active?!

I get that i need NMM but i need Mod Organizer too?

So far on NMM i got FNIS + creature pack
"pureskin" textures 
skyUI of course
SL defeat 5.3.5
and SOS (if that stills works?)

guide for FNIS tells me to right click on it in NMM and do launch ...but there is no launch..so i guess that guide is too old..
if i run FNIS generator in the folder i get warning and saying "creature pack" not installed...refers to what? because the "pack" in installed in NMM.. (+ 3 Warnings)

One of the more comprehensive and up-to-date guides.  Since you posted in the LE section, I'm assuming you are using legendary edition.  If not, there are comparable guides on this site for that.

For bodies you need to download a body that you want UNP - CBBE or any of the other ones out there. You can also download bodyslide from the nexus and make your own body in it and then you can use it to convert all of your armors and outfits to your custom body. To get sexlab type mods to work you first need to download sexlab as that's the framework that all sexlab mods use.

FNIS works outside of NMM too. I only use it outside of NMM.

 

You could post your LO (you can export it as txt from NMM) and your FNIS output (copy & paste the text from the FNIS generator, inclusive the warnings).

That sounds a bit odd. Do you have a link to that guide?

In addition, FNIS for users link doesn't get added automatically to NMM. You need to add it yourself in the Tools dropdown menu. I think it's easier to make a shortcut for FNIS for users on your desktopdesktop and start it from there.
