help Character freezes and HUD disappears

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but I am extremely desperate.

I have been playing Skyrim with a couple mods since reinstalling the game completely without any major issue, until yesterday.

Suddenly, my character just stops moving, I enter 3rd person mode, HUD disappears, and I can't do anything at all.

enableplayercontrols only brings back the HUD and I can use what's in my hand, and I can enter 1st person again, but when I got into 3rd person, I can no longer look to the side.

I have generated FNIS the day I got it, installed every mod through Mod Organizer 2, even tried checking through that numpad control in OSA whether I can see anything in logs, but to no avail.

My first suspicion was that the cursed ring of Hircine is responsible as it looks as though it is trying to run an animation which just doesn't trigger, so I tried removing it from my inventory with console commands but I still got the same issue.

What are those 5 mods that MCM loads ???  Have you thought that maybe one of them is the cause?

The five mods that get loaded are the new ones I got after this bug has occurred, sexlab, moonlight tales, one more related to sexlab and 2 overwrites (all attempts to force a different animation to play), so it's none of those that could have caused it as I got them after the bug.

Not knowing what it was, the question seemed legitimate to ask.

Looking at the installed mods, I don't think there is anything strange. likely a bug?

 

Missing SOS ? 

 

If activated, you will find Papyrus Logs in Documents / My games / Skyrim / Logs / Script. They probably won't give you the solution, but some clues will

It is never a good idea to install more mods when you have an existing problem.

Other probable cause. you have 2 or more mods activated on the same Key, one deactivates the other

Oh my goodness, having followed one of those links and entering the forums, I stumbled upon an old thread that had the exact same issue.

It turns out that immersive beds has been the culprit and that uninstalling it and pressing "reset controls" has made my character move!
