Not knowing anything about meshes and textures and how they turn into armor, is there anything that needs to be done to the bunny bomb mesh and texture to make it into an armor, or do I just create the armor item in the GECK and add the texture/mesh files and trust that they will expand to person size?

No, not that easy.  That actually requires blender to weight the enlarged bunny to the human skeleton.

 

I actually meant that I could easily just upload the outfit if you can add it into the game yourself.

Here's the bunny body and head.  It has the beret, but that's a separate piece you can remove in nifskope if you know how.
