So any fixes on the issue with the layers being applied all over body? The last version was random, sometimes it would be just the face if using an oral climax for example then randomly afterwards it would apply all over (soaked) 

 

Sometimes after any climax location it would just apply all over body regardless, I tested this using many different animations from multiple users and unless all the animators are tagged incorrectly has to be issue with cumshine. It's a great mod BTW just wish this could be addressed at some point, keep up the good work man.

In principle you are right and you make a good and legitimate question. But I don't know if it's Cumshine or WickedWhims or what animations you're using. Because I have the current Patreon version of WickedWhims and have the opposite experience as you. For me it's more the case that after some orgasms I don't have any cum on my sim and if I have a cum layer, then it's in the right place. I wish my sim would be cum soaked, but that never happens to me. I tend to always have far too little cum but never too much or in the wrong places.

Yeah, the previous version was made before Wicked whims implemented having cum layer progression. So much of that first version was about hacking together a workaround for that. So when WW had a big update, I stated from a completely new foundation. 
 

This version doesn’t have any of the goofiness where having X many cumshots = activate bukkake mode! 
Actually, in this one “all over” body cum doesn’t happen automatically … yet.

So, it was working fine before the update to 2.0. Everything seems to be working as intended, except the opacity is more white all of a sudden? Tried messing around with all of the settings, restarting, removing/adding mods. Nothing seems to bring it back to the more opaque texture it used to be.

 

First screenshot is the older version. Second is the newer version.

 

Any idea what could be happening?

dang, it's probably not a glitch. maybe I can turn down the opacity just a smidge.

Unless anyone else has some ideas? I have had so much trouble with it being too clear or too opaque!!!

I have the exact same issue. The cum is looking more like white paint with the new version now, even though I love the functionality and the new moodlets! And thank you for fixing that insta bukkake business, lol. Every little sex act would leave my sims drenched all the time, it was a little annoying. But yeah, the opacity is too white now unfortunately. I miss the glistening wet transparent shine it used to have.

 

Also, I noticed this empty interaction under romance.

 

 

Is it a bug or an upcoming feature?

a solution could be putting different packages with different opacity levels like WW STOC mod 

because people uses different skin colors and/or overlays, 1 opacity option cant be ok for everyone i think.

After some testing, it seems like the moodlets only trigger when the cumshine texture package is active, is that right? For me, the moodlets are the thing that interests me most about this mod, reminds me of KinkyWorld with its notifcations and moodlets for creampies, facials, and bukkakes, a feature I really miss from that old mod. That said, I personally prefer the more subtle default Wicked Whims cum textures. It would be very nice to give the functionality but allow users freedom of choice with the texture package they use.

Oh no that's understandable! Thank you for releasing the new version, really enjoying the new moodlets. I'm excited for the opacity update, especially if we can chose different levels for different skintones, but take your time of course. ?

This is true I should probably note that in the description. It would be possible to make the default layer set trigger most moodlets. Also I would like to make different sets of layers that have different aesthetics (more cartoony, more realistic etc.) creating all the parts and configuring them is just surprisingly time consuming. so perhaps I can make one that is more similar to the default.

I got curious and starting poking around inside files and I think I figured out how the moodlets work... by adding a hidden buff to the cum cas part that triggers a script that then gives the sim the corresponding moodlet based on their "cum mood" trait and other factors. so in theory, I could make a quick override adding those trigger buffs to the cas parts for the WW cum layers and it should work.

NEW VERSION!

 

I discovered the washed out/ overly opaque look was being caused by the composition method setting. That setting was the main difference between the regular and (alt) layer sets. Now both are CM=0 and I changed the alt into a low opacity layer set. 
 

Thanks to Ygcxsw for contributing a patch that makes the default WW cum trigger moodlets!

(since WW has fewer cum layers, the bukkake moodlets won’t be available this way)

I realize now that I tested everything on Sims that had already been tested on before and therefore I wouldn't get that initialization exception.
