flutie Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Did you run the game launcher first, not skse, it needs to set in files, then try and run fnis, if that does not work u may have the LE mods installed

A quick search of the net would have given you the answer to the, at least, two problems you have. Actually reading the warning message would give you a major clue to one of the problems - "not Skyrim SE compatible" means exactly that. Ask yourself which version of Skyrim you are running and which version of Skyrim are the problematic mods made for. As for this: Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones) male: Default (99 bones) Make sure you are using the correct skeleton. Make sure noting overwrites it and it shows 126 bones.

The thing is to make sure nothing is and the easiest way to do that is to uninstall XPMSE (or the SE equivalent) and reinstall it letting it overwrite everything. Reading is what you have to do. You can either do the reading at your own pace before you start modding or you can start modding, fuck up and then have to read forum posts as, when and if they arrive. Nobody on here woke up one morning knowing how to mod Skyrim. Everybody did the reading and thinking.
