Is there a mod to have sex with multiple creatures?

at the same time?  No, only one after the other.

 

With humans/NPCs there was a threesome Mod. Now very outdated. Don't know it it works with LAPF.

 

Sex with 2 and 3 creatures only as pose mod.  Fuck with 4 zombies even with animation. Always the same pose in a loop, you can watch for hours. I also remember goblins and trolls but static poses.

There is LoversVirus v 1,01 Beta for the LAPF / Lovers with PK system.  It basically makes a venereal disease.

 

Wear and Tear?  If you mean ripping clothes off when raped, LoversRaperS for LAPF has that option.

I mainly meant wear and tear on the body, like Wear and Tear from Sexlab. Blood in the vagina, fatigue etc.

-With LoversRapers (Wappy or LongDukDong version) you can lose clothing, armor, money, items, life, ... depending on your settings.
-With SpermSplashEx you get time-limited attribute penalties. (enable in Settings)
-With LoversHVirus you can get Sexually transmitted disease (STD) and can infect NPCs. ! The Mod can kill a lot of NPCs !
-Lovers Penalty (not visible, only spells) and Lovers Penalty Hardcore (some visible)  diseases and and injuries,
-Tamago Discharge - This mod adds the virgin blood, creampie, bukakke effect to you or npcs.visible.
-With Hiyoko Generator Brood Mother: attribute penalty or bonus during pregnancy.Not only creatures, it also humans.  NPCs can die when pregnant by an undead. (player too if no healing spell or potions. You can not rest sleeep or fast travel or you are dead . Damage up to 3 health per round)
Pregnant by Humans =  Bonus, often a lesser race ability.

-Not sure, never used it: LAPF Afterglow Adds configurable sex duration and recovery times to LAPF.  Sex duration is in the LAPF settings, not extra mod needed.
