clothing management

does anyone know of  a mod that will allow me to manage my followers clothing...not just manage it but the main issue is when i give them a new outfit & they completely lose the outfit they spawn in. basically i want to be able to undress them. but the main outfit they spawn in doesnt show in their inventory and if i give them a new outfit the outfit they spawn in disappears. i am using nff for my follower framework i know aft let me do it but i switched from that

NFF does allow it as well, if i recall correctly. Base outfit doesnt disappear, i believe its moved to "clothin satchel" or something like that.

I use NFF + Dress Up Lover's NPC Outfit Changer

You can remove any underlying equipment with Dress Up Lover and after that either use NFF or Dress Up Lover to give them new equipment.

Drawback, if you expel followers they will run around naked but keep the full equipment you gave them. Means as soon as they see a reason to update their outfit they will keep wearing the outfit you gave em.

Awesome, you can remove any underlying equipment of any NPC anytime and it stays removed.

 

Alternative: change the equipment in CK

im using nethers follower framework and yes i can change an npc's clothes with it but i want to remove that default armor that hidden in their inventory completely and NFF doesn't do that. the only 2 mods i know of which can do that is aft and i like nff more so im done with aft

and a mod called wear whatever i tell you to wear but that mod is broken for me completely so i cant use it. does NPC outfit changer actually allow me to remove the default armor, of course that would make them completely naked. i have outfits i want to give em but sometimes due to loop holes that default armor pops back on. i just need that gone, i have no issues outfitting them NFF does that well enough for me. so yeah i just need something to get rid of that hidden inventory armor

Yes, that's what I wrote ?‍♂️

That's why I use it together with NFF.

I make everyone naked with it and give them new outfits. Doesn't matter if followers or unique NPC.

I also use it for wigs on NPC.

You actually can remove all their default inventory.

You can save 150 or more outfits to have an easier time. Works also for DDs.
