sudden mod issues

recently I decided to fix my windows OS installation and at that point I had no issues running the game, as it turned out windows installed incorrectly. after installing the game correctly a ton of new bugs showed themselves, I tried to look into myself and tried many methods of fixing the issues but they still persisted. most of the issues I'm having are with sexlab defeat, and death alternative where if my pc would be defeated or sent to bleedout he would ragdoll and then wake up with his model being all mangled. after resetting DA my PC goes back to the normal idle pose but when he turns around his limbs and head look like they all individually shift from whatever mangled pose they were in before resetting DA.  this issue happens in bleedout and sexlab defeat after having sex. other issues I'm having are xaz prison overhaul not working as it should and the Skyrim prison overhaul patched warning me about system.json being missing despite being where it should be. The UI as well can be a mess, and I don't know how to fix it, it should also be noted that I am playing on an ultrawide. werewolf transformations are bugged as sometimes ill randomly turn into one thinking its a full moon when it was a full moon the day before. PC werewolf schlongs do not have physics from floppySOS like they did before.

 

at this point ive done everything, reinstall MO, reinstalling all the mods bit by bit, reinstalling skyrim, ive essentially done everything i could do to fix this and nothing

See if you have everything covered as per this guide The Skyrim LE (TESVLE) Modding Cheatbook/ Guide [SEP/21]. I would suggest creating a new profile in MO and starting a fresh new game there (do not use any old saves), follow the steps as if it was a fresh install, once you get that profile working we can move to fixing old one. Let me know if this works or if you need more help.

So i have started a clean save and installed skyrim this way, and have done everything seen here except I dont use cbbe because i dont use female characters and im not really attracted to women, so i use the male models instead from SAM.
