Sexlab not showing in MCM fix

I was having the same problem with sexlab not showing in MCM. I'm running the SE version and all of my downloads are SE. Fnis also confirmed no errors or warnings. The fix is quite simple: start a new game. You have to give MCM a chance to update and reload the menus. Mine is working perfectly now.
