Help w/Nemesis, Vortex, and FNIS

Howdy all,

 

I have what I hope is an easy question. I've looked through other forums on here about this and found some info, but not what I was hoping for; so here it goes:

 

1. I use Vortex for my mods. I don't know how to use anything else.

2. I have Skryim SE (full, legal Steam copy) and I have FNIS currently installed. I also have a handful of basic structure mods (SKSE64, SkyUI, RaceMenu, CBBE, etc.). That's about it. No saved games. I'm literally just starting from scratch.

3. After installing FNIS, I learned about Nemesis. Now I want to switch to Nemesis instead of FNIS. 

4. I haven't installed any sex mods yet (except SoS, which I honestly consider more of a beauty mod), BUT I do plan to add Flower Girls, Sex Lab Framework, and SexLab Defeat 5.3.5. 

5. I also plan to install some combat and movement mods that require Nemesis and some that say they require FNIS.

6. I've read that most, Mods that require FNIS work just fine with Nemesis instead.

7. I don't need animal animations. I won't be using any beast-sex mods; just basic humanoid races. 

 

So here's my question in nutshell: Can I uninstall FNIS with Vortex. Then install Nemesis instead. Then proceed to download Mods freely that say "FNIS Required"? 

Does Nemesis just automatically work on all of the "FNIS required" Mods, the same as if FNIS were still installed? And lastly, do Flower Girls (via Nexus), Sex Lab Framework, and SexLab Defeat 5.3.5. in particular also work with Nemesis as if FNIS were still installed?

 

I only use Vortex, so any tutorials via MO or NMM will be lost one me. Any Vortex users in the house?

I'm not sure if those like each other, because as I understand it Flower Girls is standalone?

No problem with FG+ SL, I run both in a stable setup.

Vortex is not the problem or even part of the problem. The problem is getting FNIS and Nemesis to work together.

I think this is the issue. Ive been having loads of various issues with animation packs in skyrim se. I use vortex, bc samsies. I also use nemesis and am trying to get it to work with dar bc in ignorant and dont understand either pretty much. I do know one thing and that mods fucking hate new save games. In fact id say start a new save and play on it at least until after char creation then install your mods one by one and be sure that every requirement is met. Not all requirements are listed in nexus so you may need a seperate plugin to run whatever. Test the few mods you installed. Save. Exit and install more. As far as the animations go, ive only ever gotten the preloaded ones in nemesis to work properly. Ive gotten some peices of packs to work only for them to just tpose me indefinitely.  If i find an answer for you i will follow up fr fr.

All this has little to do with mods, most of it is down to your ignorance.

This is a post about getting animations working in vortex in conjunction with nemesis, as well as fnis. thanks, but eh no thanks, man, I appreciate the reply, but is utterly unhelpful for me or OP.

You don't have to use MO (I use Vortex), the guide is still good but hey, you didn't bother looking.

You obviously didn't look at the at the second link either as it is not just, or even mostly, about Sexlab, HDT or SMP. If you had looked at it you may have learned that SMP is HDT.

I have already ready told you that your issue has nothing to do with Vortex. The issue is the steps you have to go through to get FNIS and Nemesis working together. Nemesis isn't hosted on this site so there is not a support thread for it.

You stick with your ignorance and your Nemesis problem. "lol".
