The prudes are so busy watching what the players are doing you'd think they could self diagnose their sick & twisted behavior as simply voyeurism & leave the players alone.

jman0357 Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 I did the same thing not only with Whicked Whims, but with MCCC as well, & now my game is all fucked up! Can't even go into the computer on the game to change settings. They need to make sure everything works before installing their new mods!
Khlas Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 The game tell you why it doesn't work when you start your game, it deactivate automatically the scripts mods and you decided to reactivate it yourself despite the mods being outdated. Next time, play in offline mode if you want to play with your mods just after an update, this avoid the update and let you play the game as usual.

Kind of lousy how a single player game requires an additional launcher (Origin) that's online by default. Always thought that was crap. Back to Skyrim today?

I guess the trick is to disable automatic updates both in Steam and in Origin (I just googled it, it seems possible - and if it makes you feel better it took me by surprise too)

O_o At least I can fall-back to Skyrim. It's modded to rat piss, and having spent a few months away from it helped me get out of the boredom...lol

Sandatharius Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Updated to the 165f. But almost all animations are completely messed up. They were working 100% with 165e. In most (doesn't matter which animation author it is, my Sim is always twisted to one side, and not in alignment.) In the bottom picture, his arm is supposed to be around her back, not through her body, and they're supposed to be kissing, and are crazy far apart.

That would be Skyrim-esque...lol So far, none of MOTHERLODESIMS' animations are screwed up. Ones that I've noticed that are pretty bad are Mike24, and Lubicano, but that could just be a coincidence. I'll try different animators. EDIT: Spoke too soon, his animations are screwed up, but it's not all the time.

I've yet to try any major anims, as I'm having to slowly add mods back a few at a time, and have only tried masturbation so far (it worked). Nisa's Wicked Perversions is causing some waves, and AEP and Basemental are unusable. Getting there. What a farce though. Months tweaking this stupid game, just to start over. Jerks...lol EDIT: Correction. AEP is fine. I'm just my usual idiot self, and forgot the venues part. Nisa's generates its own exception - odd - never had that before. I have better exceptions, so everything's normally through there. Basemental is still knackered though. I get no doors with that one...lol Moving on to my CC next...

I did in fact have some misalignment on some sex anims at first, but I clicked on my sim, and selected "allow positioning". I screwed with that for like two seconds, since I didn't know what I was doing, and it was better...IDK. I get an exception for Nisa's still too, but everything seems to still work. I'll be trying to tackle Basemental today... EDIT: AND...that's that. Basemental is updated now too, if you follow the DL link on its page. Done. EDIT AGAIN: I'll seriously have to look myself in the mirror for this, and opt to go for a Patreon account. These mod people totally deserve it. Less than two days folks! Pretty nice eh?
