HayzWolf Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 Will a simple uninstall and reinstall into the mods folder get it back up and running or will we have to wait for an updated version? I recently got the mod and this is my first time encountering an update. Thanks!

HornyJOJO Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 I think we might have to wait for an updated version. Even with WW installed (and game repaired) the "wicked" interaction option doesn't appear in my game anymore.
BinaryMisfit Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 Updates will stop mods like Wicked Whims from working. They are aware and working on a new release as a new pack is coming out on the 22nd. As always it's recommended not to update your game until the mods have been updated.

I had a feeling I should have waited, but I thought removing the mod folder would help >.> I just got WWhims like two days ago, lol.

travelmedic Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 I have little doubt WW and numerous other mods will be fixed. This happens every time EA releases an update. Nisa, Basemental, LilMsSam, Deaderpool, and other big name mod authors will all have to check their mods and update them for us. Also, don't forget to go to your game settings and re-enable custom content and script mods. Updates will usually turn off those settings.

No. So everyone that failed to get their accounts offline or "didn't know that updates break mods", pull your panties out of your asscracks and wait. Like @Husk and @travelmedicsaid, updates to mods will be forthcoming in anywhwere from a few hours to days. Calm down and pay attention for the next time when @DarkAuditstarts warning about updates. Again, calm down and wait. ?

nothankyoull Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 Got WW two weeks ago and am obsessed. Didn't know to disable update like a n00b and now I'm so blown Anyone know how long it usually takes for Turbo to release an update? I did subscribe to their Patreon because wow I super rely on this mod.
