Firstly Nibbler, thank you very much for the mod. It really has made BL playthroughs much more interesting.

 

I noticed that there was some mention of there being limits to lovers in this mod. Is this hardcoded, or can it be changed?

It depends on MC's charm. You can cheat charm to have, let's say, 18 lovers.

Yes. in my next playthrough I'll try to seduce only important females, not every one I meet :)
I also believe NPC males have easier lover interactions. I mean if female is near her lover, she has sex. But when my MC is 24/7 with his lovers, no auto-sex relations happen not can I initiate anything manually. I have to remove a lover from my team and meet them in a city - by entering the city I have love lover auto interaction - and that's it. Otherwise lover mechanic is dead for MC after obtaining the lover.

There is no mechanic to dump a lover to free a slot for a new one.

Oh god, not Ironman xD I wouldn't dare, not being able to save the game is already risky when playing vanilla because of crashes... With mods installed, especially mods that may not be stable, sounds like a recipe for disaster/broken playthroughs 😧

That is why I tested my mods before. Perfect executioner, player switcher cause crashed sadly. Both good for gameplay, since I prefer all NPC male lords to die after they lose the battle to limit overcrowding. Player switcher could be good to enforce some laws player can't switch on in PN, like Hearth Lords. This is kingdom-level decision and one CAN'T enable it via traditions. The same for forcing the lord to have specific concubines - good for NTR when he chooses MC woman.

Anyway, my set is stable enough for Ironman. OFC w/o cheats.

A suggestion for Nibbler - I was thinking about (some) lords taking always the best skilled woman as his concubine. So at the beginning of the playthrough the lord will select some girls, MC will level up his women and then the lord could switch the concubines to the best ones every e.g. month or three.

The man/MC could defend against PN by paying, which is historically accurate imho. Or by "impressing" the lord by doing some achievemnets every above mentioned period of time.

I have a problem with a bad save. The game didn't load. Anyone else have the same problem?

I use several mods. Not only PN.

Yes, there are nice mods which are not compatible with current game release. I had to stop using perfect executioner and player switcher because of that. 1st one good for playthrough (limit overcrowding, impregnation-domination gameplay), 2st is needed to debug thing PN doesn't allow to debug (kingdom decisions)

Anyway, use https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/1

(run Bannerlord.BLSE.LauncherEx.exe from bin/Win64_Shipping_Client) and see which mod is suspected of causing the crash and rather eliminate it.
I have a stable list of mods listed above (except perfect executioner - with setting 10/10 which is total execution of every loser, it crashed the game so I had it removed after I've made the screenshots).

MOST mods are not compatible.

I had ZERO problems with sandbox non-ironman for ~24h of play, all saves valid.
I've tried an ironman and the save starts crashing the game at some point. Not sure why. The crash tells nothing about module involved etc. I use the same mods the same way. So I don't recommend ironman for now with mods and wait for next PN release.

Maybe the scratches were b4 she died, but perhaps not. Anyway, concubinage handling could remove them when they are dead or old.

Not that much honestly and also it will be hard to pinpoint because I added a little bit of everything everywhere, fixed some bugs, added a few new events and things that can happen, etc, so it's difficult to say.

it happens automatically after each round. idk if it is random or has conditions that i'm not aware of but it doesn't always happen for me.

you need to win a round in a kingdom that has the tradition of claiming women if they're downed in a tournament. Sturgia has this tradition for sure. you can enable it in other factions by talking to Lawspeakers.

you get a notification in the bottom left after the round ends and it is added to the encyclopedia.

my wife got gangbanged by "louts" amongst my troops.

the 2 options were to hang them and gain 10 morale or just flog them but i can't remember the secondary effect.

the hanged troops were all recruits. i think 3 were hanged.

i had a mix high and low tier troops.

i think i had above 40 morale when it happened and i didn't lose or flee from battle recently and i believe there were food and i'm certain they were paid on time so i'm wondering why it happened.

 

i find it neat that there are risks to taking your wife with you to war but not knowing what triggers it detracts from the goal of adding such event if it were indeed added to add a risk of taking wives to war. 

 

and i think the event is a non-choice, why would anyone choose the flogging option when executing troops just causes loss of recruits and even gives morale bonus "in exchange"?

hanging the troops should cause a morale loss at least and please add a little explanation why it happens like the little explanations of why lords claim ladies after battle and why ladies decide to take care of people.

great mod btw. it adds a goal and a reason to play bannerlord. i can't remember if i praised it here before.

The chance goes up with: low party morale, having a lot of low level troops especially bandits and looters compared to the number of targets, and having a lot of targets (but not too many compared to the number of low level troops). The reason to choose the flogging is if you don't want to lose troops, but I added this at the last minute and didn't really test how balanced it was.

Can you add a simple way for users to create events like that? something like captivity events but affecting your mod's variables (rumors, etc).

How does the war wife system work? With some peace declarations there is a war wife exchange and sometimes there isn't. What are the conditions for it to trigger?

Great to see you are back improving the mod Nibbler. The mod is very stable and adds a lot for the game... and nice new stuff

 

Suggestions

- Hopefully you have time to complete all the traditions soon. At leat the concubine II shouldn't be too hard as level I works. (Although like someone mentioned, the king might shag a concubine who is dead, later married or even someone who changed faction). Again suggested already by someone (an me too years back), a tier III (or 'Caligula mode') could be added allowing the king to shag anyone, anywhere and whenever he wants

- Been playing some other total conversions like Eagle Rising. Primae Noctis sort of works there (doesn't crash), but is confused to unknown faction names. Perhaps add an option to name what kind a faction should each unknown faction be treated. In this case like 'Gaul'-> treat like 'Battania' etc. That would be the easiest way I guess

- Female PC. Playing as female sort of works, but the effects are not. Meaning e.g. you can even get elected as a concubine, but the king can never make you pregnant (at least not my female PC)

- A reason to go wandering in towns and villages (harras women and make lewd suggestions ;)... does Hot butter have village scenes?

- You were wondering at some point to a have a witch or someone who could allow you to reroll your (or wife) stats. Maybe the 'hermit' at the mountain top (between Rhotae and Lageta) could work as such?
