I use Demoniac textures to get that effect. Also, a number of the "armor" mods from NIND (jimmyyu) have that look built into them.

Just use the sweaty textures from Fair Skin Complexion like i do to get that same effect, don't need to poke around in Photoshop for that.

This... Or if you want PS stuff done but can't afford PS... download GIMP it is free... and watch tutorial vids and learn to do things yourself...
