also, and I don't mean to be pedantic but multiple is more than one, so its all multiple breasts. They come in pairs doncha know.

 

Its been talked about from time to time, but I have never seen it done effectively. Go grab blender, and import a second set of tits onto a female body, learn to rig and weight paint, hook up some formidable 6 tit jiggle's and upload it here. I would be delighted to test drive it for you. Frankly that's the only way I would play this game as a fucking cat ( I do hate cats)
