Reading the Rusty Face Fix post at nexus and it seem like people are also having brow face like you. Suggest you turn that mod off and on to see if that is the problem.

Disabled it but it still didnt fixed the face-body mismatch.

I get this every now & then. I don't think there's a real fix for it, other than to just restart the game.

this error occurs due to the fact that ce render works partly with nvidea format, partly with intel. Normal textures N and mirror textures S must be in intel bs5. Moreover, the S face should be 512x512. The face texture D should be in nvidea dxt5, D body dxt1. If you need an hd face, then you need to install hd textures on all bodies, makeup and so on. Accordingly, then S of the face should be 1024x1024  bs5. If even one overlay in the modification violates this principle, a dark face comes.

use"showracemenu". drag a face part then press "esc" to cancel the change, problem fixed.

Installing/reinstalling Rusty Face Fix usually fixes it for a while.

I usually have the problem when it is a lot of NPC's in the game, but never in the beginning
