Just out of curiosity...

Is it possible for one sim to "pull a Cow Bird" (that is impregnate another sim's woman without him being aware) but have it so that the other sim is unaware it isn't his or is the game set up in a way that the spouse will automatically be able to tell it isn't his?

Personally I've never attempted anything like that which is why I'm asking.

Well, they just raise the kid as their own with no repercussions as it is, as long as they didn't walk in on you in the act of making it.  Like, you could (and I have) knock up Bella Goth, and the kid will be born and grow up as just another Goth kid.  Mortimer won't come to your house and kick your ass, Bella and Mortimer won't have any damage to their relationship, basically it's as if Mortimer has no idea.

I'm in the middle of an other-way-around version of this right now, my female sim has been collecting babies from various male NPC's.  ALL of these guys are married, the ones that aren't at the beginning of a game have been married by MCCC.  I get about 18k a week in child support lol.

Lol, this game has a child support system? Your current toon must be a busy woman then.. in more ways than one.

So in other words you're saying it's exactly what you'd expect. Even if it's obvious (to us) the kid is the product of an affair?

The base game doesn't, but MCCC does have child support.  I'm not sure how it figures support that you're collecting, but when you pay it, it's 1% of your net worth per child not living in your household.

This save was created just to make new girls to save to my library.  One of my favorite girls was created by using this toon, some male toon from my library, and randomized their daughter in CAS.  She got further refinement from there.  But I got the idea to have her have kids with various NPC's, and have them born and raised in game, so they would grow up having earned Top Notch Toddler, all the "Gifted" traits, and max out Charisma while still a child.  When they reach Teen, they'll get major makeovers and then be saved individually for later use.  So the household is maxed now, Mom and 7 little girls-- I had her eat strawberries to make sure they would all be girls.  Each has been given her father's last name, and most of them have a first name that sounds something like their father's.  You can probably guess who each belongs to:

Morticia Goth

Mindy Frost

Simone Silversweater

Marci Flex

Bonnie Zest

Kayla Vatore

Lizzy Fabulous

Yes, they act like they haven't got a clue.  Even if the baby is the wrong freaking color lol.

I finally figured out a way to not have to do this all the time.

MCCC has settings to only produce females in game both spawned NPC's and offspring, or whatever gender you want.

Easy enough to change back later if needed.

Candy & Yuki Behr make nice looking kids, although I do have them heavily edited with cc too ;)
