no animations working? fnis/nemesis animation bugged (solved)

I switched back to LE and wanted to use CGO so I had installed nemesis but then my character was t posing and none of the animations were working. So I uninstalled it and went back to fnis and the problem still persists. I have never encountered this problem had the t posing problem before but it was usually me forgetting to run fnis, I ran fnis this time and just kept checking and unchecking patches to see if anything could make my character move(walk, run, atk, etc) but nothing worked. I reinstalled the skeleton and that did not work either. I ran loot but I doubt that would fix my problems, it did not give me any errors. I am not aware of any other skeletons that I have installed.

the description of these mods says that nemesis is recommended but not necessary sense it replaces vanilla animations (I have used these mod in the past with no problems in SE and LE)

I've never run into your particular issue, but it sounds like a problem with animation installation.

You may need to clear out all your animations and reinstall only fnis and re run fnis.

this person seems to have a similar issue.

I think if i remember correctly, FNIS has its own idle animation walk run over ride, your alternate animations might be clashing with them also.

I would try removing your anims then reinstalling only fnis related stuff. then i would run fnis and check to see if animations are working in game.

if everything appears to be working then i'd install your walk run idle sprint animation overrider after fnis is working by itself.

P.S. WHEN YOU RUN FNIS UNCHECK ANYTHING YOU DONT NEED. sometimes it has things selected and they cause more issues.....

Could also be too many animations. Do you have any error messages when you run Fnis ?

what you suggested worked, is there any reason why this happened or is this just a LE thing, I enabled and disabled all my animations until I found the culprit apprently it was Billyy's SLAL Animations 4.2, so I think it was also be what Crate123 said.

If it is too many animations then use Animation Limit Crash Fix (here on LL orNexus).

Easy way to see if it is too many is to reinstall Billyy's pack and remove another similar sized pack.

its like asking a glass blower to make you a sword. the glass blower work make look some what similar to a black smith but its totally different craft.

my point here is that i believe you attempted to use animation with an LE animation library that didnt know  how to handle them.
