Only 'Personalization...', 'Naturism...' and 'Settings' options available

I'm on a fairly fresh install of The Sims 4 with only UI cheats, Basemental Drugs and WickedWhims installed. The WickedWhims files are appearing in the CC list but I am only getting the 3 options mentioned in the post title. I can't do any of the WW actions. I've searched it a bit and nobody seems to have a solid solution to the problem, so here I am.

 

Can anyone explain to me what I can do to fix it?

Clicking on a bed / floor instead or a random NPC may help.

You also installed some Wicked Animations too I assume.

WW only has included a few for testing.

Also, what's your version of the game?

I too am having this issue. I'll try redownloading WW, but I don't know if that'll help (I have other animations too and have even made playlists). It's my understanding that there should be more options after you click the WW thingy, not just personalization, naturism, and settings. Hopefully I'll figure something out.

When you click on a sim and select the Wicked Menu there are only a few options to select but these are not for starting sex.

You have to click on an object like a bed, sofa, floor, etc., to see the Manual Wicked Sex Menus.

Other sims must be available and you must have animations installed for the objects/locations you want to use.

 

Or, if you have another sim invited over that your player sim has met already and has friendly or higher relationship.

Click on the NPC and Select Romance > 'Make a Move'.
