I went ahead and gave myself the liberty to do this specifically for you. For some reason, Fuku's hat is attached to her shirt, so I had to remove her hat by way of mesh replacement. This should work for both motion blur on and off. Let me know if there are any issues.
EDIT: I am currently working on fixing the inverted normal map. I'm not exactly the most skilled at texture editing, so this may take a while. I also don't have immediate access to Photoshop at the moment.

 you can fix inverted normal maps by inverting the green channel, then swapping the red and green channels.

 

also, a lot of models in the game have more than the 4 textures that get dumped. sometimes the normal map wont be included in the first 4 textures either, like fuku's model i think.

 

you can edit d3dx.ini to make it dump more textures by finding this part:

Since cosplay costumes are starting to be made, I would really love if someone could make something like this, especially since tiddies mod already exists. Don't wanna come across as begging or anything, just putting the idea out there.

Because knot part of the ribbon color and the top area above the belt is mapped on the small rectangle on the texture file. changing the color to match the color of the belt should fix it, i think.

However, there will be a slight shade mismatch which I think shares the similar issue with the scarf shadow

That's what I was referring to when I said a slight shader mismatch. I'm guessing it has something to do with the ps-t1 texture thingy, similar to the scarf shadow on the shinobi robes, but of course I'm just speaking out of my ass at this point~ :s

On the sidenote, I was playing around with your textures...

One of the grand appeal of Chun Li's black Qipao is the bare back~ :3

But since I'm a worse than a damn potato at texture editing, this look like utter garbage on the neck part...

Yeah, I edited the ts1 and still doesn't work, WELP.

 

also DANG the back is gone LMAO.

it's unfortunate that if I mess the panties it will goes boom, if I could you can probably remove the back flap as well.

 

You did good tho, I don't think I can do better than that for Chun Li- I'm not even familiar with the char tbh

Meh~ knowing how the janky the undies actually are down there, I would say it's best to leave the back flap as it is. Look super awesome already imho. It's not even a compromise, if you ask me. Great job~!^^

You kidding me?? All I did was recoloring and deleting parts of your textures! For the bare back, I just left back part of the texture with empty alpha textures so it appears that way. If you look at it now I'm not sure whether you would laugh or cry your ass out on how dirty and incompetant the edits are~

Sure, here you go. Mind you that the texture edit don't look too great. This is just the texture so ur gonna need alpaca21's main file. Though you might wanna wait the official release since it has the shinobi scarf shadow fix and use this with it.

ngl I didn't expect to be THAT shiny, but I was trying to make it smoother to express something silk, not rugged cloth.

Thank you so much! I've already read up about the first part, but I was wondering why I couldn't find the normal map for Fuku's clothing. The frame analysis only gave me the normal map for Fuku's skin. I'll have to try this out.
