Well, if you're able to do this, it can be very interesting for Nioh 2 moddability. Currently, there is no mods that can edit skeletons and somes characters customizations options like tatoos, etc.... Some armors doesn't have breast bones for example.

Yup, that is the drawback of 3dmigoto modding. To edit those it requires specific modding tools to work with the game's files

Is there any chance I could ask for the Kurama Tengu model for some fan art? Looking all over this is the only place I've found to discuss Nioh 2 mods or anything at all, so I know this isn't exactly 100% modding but, only place I could find after tons of searching for folks that might be able to help

Hello guys. Does anyone know how and where Nioh 2 stores text strings like subtitles and other ingame text? I unpacked several .lnk archives with Quickbms but was not able to find any text strings inside .dat and other files.

Found a mod from 3dmgames, wondering if anyone have downloaded the file from this site before? Was it any good?  Want to download but unfortunately it's not possible to create an account without a Chinese phone number. If anybody has, can you share it or let me know where else I can find it? I appreicate the link!!! although, this is kinda beyond anything I've modded before not exactly sure how to get the options working/cycling if possible are you able to link a video that can help me? or give me some tips? any direction would be much appreicated.

This is the official guide from the original creator himself. Yes, you may need to know Chinese to fully understand how his mod works.

Tips:

This mod very unique and comprehensive, it even came with author's original body replacer mod for Hide(F), female NPCs, and Yokai, not to mention his own shader fix. Goes without saying, it will most definitely conflict with many mods from Nexus especially those with body model replacers. My advice, backup your existing Mods directory with all your existing mods in it and delete everything your Mods directory inside the game directory. After that, then you can start installing the Nioh 2 HDR Complete mod, starting from the Mod Enabler in the MOD管理器.rar, it's the same Mod enabler from Nexus but he might have made some changes. You can follow the video from the link, the installation part should be straight forward even without knowing Chinese.

 

It is very important your Mods directory looks like exactly like it is in the video

 

 

I'll use this post as an example to explain how to use the options in general

Wanting to post just incase i can get a direct answer from anyone still here, has anyone at all modded the hair for nioh 2?
i've done basic edits but some hairs are being a bastard with exporting and some just straight won't and that doesn't even get to the part of importing unique hair, (which may be easier?) if there's a easy to understand method or just something i'm not understanding with exporting hair i'd very much appreciate the help! here is the quick edit i did since it seems hair using bones is what's possible to export and not the extra flowy cloth simulated looking hair. https://imgur.com/a/XM5FwXz

Is the best way to extract Nioh 2 models through 3dmigoto and the blender plugin? Or is there some way to look into the data files directly?

Hello everyone
I need some help with a mod, in short I have been trying to modify a mod the Nyotengu Catsuit
Really like the belts and wanted to use that on the arms and neck and even legs
The legs and feet part I would "fuse it" with another, but first chest and arms
I was able to "delete" the parts wasn't interested in, and now this happened

I know this is likely due to me being a complete noob in all of this, I barely use blender, and I'm even worse with the text files
So any help would be immensely grateful
In short, I just want my body back, at least the chest and arms

 Judging from the nips this looks like a different nude mod than the Sexy NPCs one on Nexus. Anyone know what it is?
