I am really done. Can someone help me?

Hello, this is my second post today but I have been trying to mod skyrim for too long that I am at my wit's end. I am currently playing on Skyrim Legendary Edition. No matter what I did there was always something wrong. I read several guides to modding and completely reseted my game just to follow the guides. My main problem is always with bodies. Either body gets bugged or there is a head body color/face mismatch. I am just done I don't believe that I can do anything anymore. I did all I could but still couldn't do it. What I am asking for is, can someone help me with modding and all? I do not care how tiresome it will be, if it will work. Just an accurate guide to not to deal with body/head bugs, and a correct body mods or something. I am really sorry that I cannot provide anymore information on this. It is just that I do not even know what really is wrong. I just want to make my skyrim an adult rpg kind a thing. Thank you all even if I cannot get help.

What do u mean by: "Either body gets bugged or there is a head body color/face mismatch."

Its grayface bug or ur head / body have just different tone?...

U just install different textures for head and body... u should install head and body textures from one mod :x...

for example Demoniac 8k Textures or Fair Skin etc.

its also important to download correct textures for ur body type ( UNP or CBBE )

I don't think many ppl hate time to spend with u "random ppl" to help u install all ur mods one by one

You probably don't have option to upload pics yet... because u have new user ACC ;x...

What You use to install mods?

You do that Manualy or u use for example MO?...

Thank you all three for responding. To be more precise the main problem that I am dealing with, like god of chaos said , is that head body tone bug. I am using Mo2. So what should the download order be? What should I download first to avoid conflicts (body->texture->etc. )

Can you post images? Take a screenshot, convert to jpg and drag it to the paper-clip at bottom left there.

You could also post your load order.

Do you use Bodyslide? If you do, what does your character look like in that?

I am sorry I cannot do neither at the moment but I can assure you that body looked fine in Bodyslide, only thing that looked out of place was the heads.

If you do use Bodyslide make sure you put a right path to your Skyrims Data folder.

I understand, but I believe there is nothing wrong with the path

I do not want to trouble you guys with something so trival. So I ll ask, is there a detailed/accurate guide that you can link me to work this out. A guide you guys trust to be working just fine.

Edit: Let me be more specific, I am looking for a modding guide. And sorry if I act like an asshole but it is really late where I am at now so I will be sleeping. Sorry if I cannot respond.

Sorry, that was me being an idiot - you don't see the head in Bodyslide do you? ?

Are there any warnings in MO2?

I saw that you're using MO2... on the left the placement is also very important. Do you have any NPC beauty mod? Any other body texture - not just for you but for anyone?

No there aren't any warnings. I made sure to check overwritten or corrupted files.

No nothing else beside fair skin for female. I only use cbbe and fair skin. I made sure to check that when I reseted my game for the 6 or 7th time.

Thank you all for your answers.

I also use this guy's guides...

https://www.sinitargaming.com/skyrim_graphics.html

Another thing you can do is just go down your list and see when the skin changes. who could also post your load order. maybe someone will catch something.

But I hear ya... modding Skyrim isn't as easy as it sounds. Do you have alternate start? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557

It's an easy way to troubleshoot your load order as you don't need to go through the whole intro cart ride.

Actually I am using that guy's guides right now, since I do not know how to stabilize my game and have no good pc specs it works for me. And yes I do have alternate start. As a matter of fact I am trying to redownload all the mods necessary and body mods I ll be using one by one just to see what is really going on. Alternate start really is helpful with that immediate character creation section thingy.

God, I cannot express how happy I am right now! It is gone. That annoying face texture thingy is finally gone. I do not see any color mismatch or grey face bug anymore. Thank you all who responded to this topic. I  was able to do it with a clean uninstall and not sleeping for about 10 hours to properly mod. I looked up all the guides you sent and I downloaded the face/body texture replacers last to not have any conflicts. Like I said again, thank you all.

Awesome! I'm glad it's working for you.
