hello! so, i have WW installed and it's all working fine- both files show up at the beginning of my game but when i go into CAS my female sims aren't naked when i remove their clothes yet my male sims are? this is annoying because of certain outfits my female sims wear- and now there's white underwear showing instead of their asses. please help!

Had the same thing with female nude tops about two years ago (CAS showed the default bra rather than nude). Stuff like that is often caused by conflicting files, in my case it was another default body part alongside WW (which already has defaults of its own).

Look through your mods folder for any file names including "default", "DR" (short for "default replacement") or anything like that. Remove those files and delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4".

For body parts like EVE or the many different penis models around, you should generally use only the non-default versions, which can be applied to your Sims via WW's Body Selector.

I have the same issue.  It started happening a little while ago.... super weird.  I'll try your suggestions and see what happens.

Make sure you don't have Streamer Mode or Default Underwear mod installed.

This has recently happened to my game. In addition the females had no feet when I removed the shoes even though I have all the default replacement body parts. Something I did fixed that glitch, but the nude/underwear glitch is still there.

I have tried the suggestions posted here and I am having no luck.

I might just gut my mods folder and see if that helps.

What essential files do I need to keep for female nude bottom to show?

WickedWhims. It has built-in default nudes for everything.

In my case, it had just to delete these 2 files out of my Mod-folder:

female-underwear-sexy-bottom1-Stripes-6colours.package

female-underwear-sexy-top1-Stripes-6colours.package

Just a simple underwear set was destroying the CAS appearance of my lovely ladies...

Hi! I've been having a similar problem.

My sims haven't been showing up as nude in CAS mode so it's nearly impossible to even modify them with body details. The women have a long sleeve crop top and funky boxers as their base when I remove the top and bottom. I don't have any default replacements or anything like that so I'm not entirely sure how it could get fixed. I have the latest WW installed too and the latest wild guy's body details. Help?

Could be broken or badly tagged clothing CC. Unless you have an idea about which file(s) might be behind this (i.e. there's a file called "funky_boxers" in your Mods folder or sth like that), your best bet is probably to 50/50 through your stash of custom clothes. Here's a quick guide, in case you need it: https://www.patreon.com/posts/finding-broken-4-23751034

The default files could be part of a merged package. IE: I downloaded a bunch of sims off the web and they often come with like 00s.package which is a bunch of merged makeup.

The easiest way to find out what's being equipped is to go into CAS --> Make a sim completely naked, Save it.

Open Sims 4 Tray Importer - and go to the CC tab of that sim.

You will see all of the default replacement files that are being used. This will help pinpoint where the issue is coming from.
