Well, generally now you can replace your default lower body with this mesh.

So every woman NPC in the game display realistic vagina as default lowerbody.

 

1.GO TO:

2. Rename Vagina.niff into femalelowerbody.niff.

3. Cut and paste that femalelowerbody.niff To: Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\_male\

4. Done.

 

No more dry hump.

And it boost up your oblivion sexual standards.
