Try disabling CC and mods, since there was just an update, there is bound to be issues.

Look here for broken non adult mods:

Missing face can be caused by noEAlashes, bad cc jewelry, teeth, etc.

 

Update Wicked Whims and other main mods first.

Then you will have to remove your other mods a few at a time to find the broken ones unless you see answers on above link.

What Scorpio says + broken cc eyelashes can also do this....I'd go with a broken no ea eyelashes mod first...

I had this problem a few months ago. For me, it turned out if was an old version of "NoEAeyelashes" mod. AFter I got rid of that, things eventually got back to normal. This mod was being included in a lot of downloadable CC that comes with custom Sims.

True, I've been using Cien - No EA lashes v5 - For All since 9/18/2020 and still works fine up to game version 1.69.xx

Looks like mostly etheria_romanceoverhaul needs updating.

It must have a long dress included and possibly some bad traits.
