Jeena620 Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 I have been trying for months to have the wicked whims mod in my game. I've had it before but when I tried to update it the mod wont even download. I have never had wonderful whims in my game before so I thought I would try to download it and see if it would work and it doesn't. I'm not sure what to do as I have been trying to have this mod for months and no one has gotten back to my emails about this issue. when I download the file it does the download but when I go to show in folder or try or drag it into my mods folder it either says removed or cant download. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

If you can't get WW to download something on your computer is blocking it. Windows has some settings that block adult content (NSFW) Some web browsers also block certain content. Anti-Virus software can also false detect WW as virus and remove it after download. Try downloading Brave Browser and use it to download WW. Worst case use your phone to download and transfer to PC with usb cable or mem stick. Use a friends computer to download WW and copy to a usb mem stick.

gregathit Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Use a different browser or different ant-virus or different settings on your internet settings for downloads. If you don't understand any of this, then use google and youtube videos to help. The issue is on your end.
Oops19 Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Or use a smartphone/tablet/pad for download. Copying to your computer will likely trigger your content-/virusscanner and delete it. If you don't get a proper notification maybe your parents do and wonder what naughty girl they have.
