As an example lol ya i should have gender specific mods, i'm pretty sure any of the sexlab animations should be gender specific in the animations and stuff I have opened steam from steam a while back but i guess I can do it again sexlab and the animations cannot be checked cause they're are literally not loading in rn because of my FNIS issues so I am assuming that they are installed properly. Even if they are not, nothing is going to work because my skeleton and FNIS is broken.... I guess I'll just try to reinstall stuff and reorganize them in my lkoad order to hopefully fix it

This patch allows you to make other animations gender specific provided they are "properly" created by the animators, see the Note). If you want to use such animations (e.g dualsun's Pretty Combat Idles SSE), simply copy them into your "Animations/female" (or "male"), and use this patch. So if your not using something like that i'd suggest unticking that particular one

You should install FNIS as any other mod and add the executable to Vortex. Well, MO2 doesn't put any mod files into the actual game folder, Vortex does so that can't be the issue. And if I install and setup it properly when I use FNIS it reads the default game folder just fine. Yours isn't showing your game folder in that path, so there is clearly something wrong. That's what I'm saying. There are videos showing the step by step, other than that I don't know what to say.

It's because the behavior files weren't properly generated to add custom animations. You generate valid behavior files by using FNIS if there are no warning or error lines. So that's your whole problem and fix. Seriously, just look for a video about how to install and setup FNIS to use it with Vortex and do that.
