ChiefChubyChaser Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Okay, quick rundown. First off, I had everything installed, and working not long ago. Also I'm just a user, and I'm using Vortex for the mods. Now, recently to try and resolve a different issue (removing invisible dogs from my game), I RE-INSTALLED a number of Sexlab mods. Admittedly, I'm not 100% on which ones they were, or what exactly they did. Stuff like Creature Framework, Nasty Critters, Aroused Creatures, etc. See I was under the impression that the invisible dogs in my game came from perhaps an addon from one of the SL mods that I perhaps click, yet didn't have textures for or something? I dunno. Long story short, I got rid of the dogs (pretty sure I found a mod "More nasty critters" I think?) that added extra creatures in the game specifically for your character to engage with. Also, I updated and added a few animation packs as well which feature both human only, and bestiality animations. Yes, FNIS creatures is installed, though it may have been one of the mods I had reinstalled from the vortex mod list. Now, creatures still move in my game. Though when a animation with a creature is triggered, the creatures do not move in the animation, though the humans do as if the animation were playing. Also some human-only animations don't play, though most of them seem to. Also animations have stopped applying cum-layers onto the bodies after sex, and inflation does not seem to be working either. Now I've registered the animations in the animation loader again, ran and reapplied JSON's or whatever. I ran FNIS, and at the bottom it says there is 0 conflicts. Though there is a lot of stuff to read through, would any issues appear on lines further up, yet still say "0 conflicts" down at the bottom? Sorry, I'm pretty sure I only half know what I'm doing, if that. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong? I'm sure I fucked up when I just went and randomly reinstalled a number of things after I already had it working. Probably missed a step here and there. If you know what I might be able to do to fix it, any help would be appreciated. Also would uninstalling all the Sexlab mods from my mod manager, and then reinstalling them in order fix my problem? Again, thanks in advance.

Degarron Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 I'm getting tired of seeing this response everywhere instead of people actually helping each other I get it a lot of these problems are very common and often user error but linking to a guide without so much as saying a single other thing is just insulting and often doesn't even solve the problem and discourages asking for more help due to the person going through the guide not having there problem fixed and feeling like they just missed the solution when it very well may not even be in there I know this cause I have the same issue and have just been through that experience. now that I'm done venting to the world anybody know possible causes I could check out for this problem I still need help fixing this

Are you sure you resolved them correctly, i.e. you chose the correct winner? Are all the lightning bolts green? FNIS. Does does FNIS report any errors when you run it? Is 'Allow creature animations' (or whatever it is called) ticked in Sex Lab Framework? Are all the relevant mods the SE versions and no LE versions have snuck in there by mistake? 26 minutes ago, Degarron said: I still need help fixing this It is difficult to help some one when they do not post any information which may be helpful. What steps you have tried. Your load order. Which mod manager you use. Has this ever worked or did it stop working.
Degarron Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 XD lol Fair enough and nice response sorry if that came off as too targeted or anything like I said I was just venting also if I knew the right question to ask I would have immediately that's actually part of my problem I have no clue what could be causing this issue as so far it's only affecting giants in my game everything else seems to work fine also yeah fair point I'm guessing you need a full mod list to really help me oh and on that note I also use vortex as my mod manager checking the conflicts now for anything that might be causing this as well as how I've resolved them oh and on that note is the recommended resolution the right one to rely on I've never really asked anyone familiar with vortex that before I would assume it is but well I could very well be wrong and lastly for this post anyway thanks for mentioning the sexlab animation limit in that guide first thing I did was reduce the number of creature animation as it was over the limit sadly that didn't fix it T-T

You could open all your mods in TES5Edit (or whatever the SE version is called) and see what's what there. As for Vortex and conflicts, it is easy enough to change which mod overwrites which mod. Vortex will will let you do it whichever way and only stops you if you try to set a circular rule. Use common sense if you don't know for sure. You can see in the screenie that Vortex is not recommending that ABC loads after Untamed. Untamed hasn't been updated in years while ABC is updated on a regular basis so I chose ABC to do the overwriting. The box in the screenshot is the 12 files which are conflicting from ABC and XPMSE. Notice that about half way down is the giant skeleton. Thinking on it, a better way for you would be to look at XPMSSE in Vortex and see what other mods it conflicts with and then check who is winning the fight for the giants.

rb888 Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 Backup all the data move mods to see what cause the conflict? You might download Le version instead of Se? And also I always out my mods into main data folder! Like installed sex mods first then run XXL fnis then launch the game! If you need an thump thump noise it pass then back up your work again!
ChiefChubyChaser Posted February 23, 2021 Author Posted February 23, 2021 Okay, I'm terrible about getting back to this, I've never been a regular forum user. I reinstalled all the creature related mods, ran fnis, and it all started working again. I do not know what specifically I did that fixed it, nor do I know the cause. But it is working. Hazah! Also, thank you Degarron
