Download and install Vortex. Goto Nexus / Collections and pick your favorite sexy mod.
Unless you are part of a minority who likes something more exotic such as athletic babes with small breasts.

There is currently no collection for that so you will have to figure it out.
You can also check on Kalas Patreon channel for extra hairstyles and stuff, that are not listed on nexus.

Ok I found exactly 1 mod that fills this void in clothing.

There should be more mods that add a bulge to the crotch for Fem V for futa players.

Question on animation swaps...

I'm not sure how these work.

Does it just swap the character into an animation?

For instance, is it possible to swap out a character's animation for another??  Like swap a Dom animation out for a Sub animation and vice versa while keeping the character?

I am just now starting to do some work in this under served area

Still trying to get the hang of things but might have some releases in the nearish future since no one else wants to do it.

Biggest and main squeeze is that we have a full tech but but not enough modding community intrest or actual knowledge to mod this game, and build standalone sex framework on this game. I mean this game missed it's potential train and will most likely never happen. Skyrim got whole new animation base with the nemesis while covid and this game been getting only new poses and 3d assets since the release. It's very safe to say that this game having full sex animation framework will never happen and it's so incredible sad.

There was a Cyberscript mod that allowed your V to work as a joytoy that was in development.  Take a look 4 posts above your last one.

The last time I checked (admittedly, months ago), the developer said he wasn't going to bother working on it further until 2.0/PhantomLiberty dropped.  He had a working alpha vers. (again, IIRC).

 

I'm still waiting on the combat-defeat mods: the death-alternative capture-and-things-worse-than-death pipeline.  This game's representation of Night City is but a broad, colorful veneer without the witnessing of these things happening to YOUR V in the moment.
(btw, still saying that modders need to find a way to allow us to see V's face when these adult situations occur!)

Making custom animations is the first step for what you're asking. But as far as I'm aware quick glancing through discord, it is currently possible - at least is what some modders say so, but no one is currently doing it cause it's a lot of tedious work. The people who are learning that proccess are much more focused on poses for photomode (which they are going ram on) than trying to break the ice on custom animations.

It seems after patch and DLC modders will make progress about animations. Atleast they are talking about it in their discord Channel. Cant wait to see their progression.

I've pretty much lost hope at this point. I bought Phantom Liberty just for completion's sake, but I'm having a hard time getting into it. The game constantly waves sex in your face and then yoinks it away like a matador... It's just frustrating... Also CDPR have never actually followed through on any of their promises for RedKit or modding support, dating back at least as far as Witcher 3. I really thought something would change when they brought in the WolvenKit folks, but even that never grew into a full toolkit.

I still have my $100 bounty that I offered a year or more ago, and I'd love to be able to follow through on that... For the first modder to let me initiate an explicit sex scene in gameplay, without going through photomode or some 3rd Party menu system like AMM.

But yeah, at this point I don't think it's ever gonna happen...

Yeah I'm in that server already, it's pretty dead. What progress are you talking about? Some of the posts there were made several months ago and literally no one is talking in the server.

Joytoy mod is expected to drop in november/december so all thats left after that is an animation framework and you could potentially get a barebone version of a sex mod going.
