Character Crawling Not Walking

For some reason after installing and uninstalling a few mods my character walks on all fours instead of walking or running. Crouching is still the same, combat walking is still the same, some of the mods I installed was mcgfemalewalk, pretty sit idles , Animated Wedding Scene, A Skyrim Kiss, Mass Match Maker, bad dog orc schlong, Bad Dog Immersive Creatures, bad dog bruma creatures. the mods I uninstalled after installing those mods were FNIS Sexy Move, Pretty Female Idles, Female Sitting Animation Replacer, cuz I didnt like any of those mods. After the problem turned up I uninstalled mcgfemalewalk thinking that could be the only culprit but that didn't fix it, so I uninstalled Animated Wedding Scene, and A Skyrim Kiss but still without any luck. P.S I did run LOOT and FNIS before this problem arose.

It wouldn't be anything to do with the DD mods you have installed, would it? It's either one of those or Immersive Contact Lenses.

Have you tried the pushing the up directional arrow key? Saguines Debauchery uses them keys to set your submissive state.

Disable DAR if you don't know what mods you have installed for that. Otherwise, find the mod that replaces meshes\actors\character\animations\female\sneakmtidle.hkx.

I have Sexlab Survival, it's not that mod. But I think it's from DAR- Crawl on all Fours Animation mod.

The animation might be from that mod, but I definitely don't have that mod in my load order, so if you're right, then whatever mod causes it must use that animation. The only way I've found to get rid of it and return to normal walking so far is to have another NPC put me into DD for some in mod reason.  Putting them on myself doesn't work. And even that isn't a sure thing. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Do you have Toys & Love installed?  Digging into the MCM for that mod it looks like it randomly applies a Crawling function when a toy is applied.  I don't know if it's specific to the toys from that mod, or if it applies to all Devious Devices.  The MCM provides a slider that lets you lower the chance for crawling to kick in, but the minimum percent chance is 30.  No clue if this is causing my problem, but its the closest thing I've seen that might so far.

I never fixed it myself. I ended up changing up a few mods and started a new game.
Old save was corrupt anyway, the 1.6.44 update or whatever it was broke many mods for me (especially DAR related ones)

Only fix I've found is in the MCM for Toys & Love under the debug tab. There's a player reset option that unsticks the crawling animation. It works. ?‍♂️

A tényszerű szabály: soha ne módosíts futó játékot!

Ha megteszed, akkor legyen előtte olyan mentésed amit visszatöltve folytathatod mint korábban.

Készíteni kell egy mentést a fájlsorrendről is! Ennek a visszatöltése megoldja a régi mentés indulási "hibáját" ami a későbbi módosítások miatt jön létre!

Ezt a két dolgot ... csomagolva és azonos időbélyegzővel ellátva kell egy megjegyzéssel tárolni... a későbbi igény idejére, mivel efféle mindig adódhat!

 

Ezek hiányában a legtöbb megoldás... új játék kezdése és vagy újra tiszta és újtelepítés, ha és amennyiben valami nagyon félresikerült.

The factual rule: never modify a running game!

If you do, you should have a save before you can reload it and continue as before.

You also need to make a backup of the file order! Reloading this will solve the start-up "error" of the old save, which is caused by later modifications!

These two things should be stored ... wrapped and with the same time stamp with a note ... for later need, as this kind of thing can always arise!

In the absence of these, most of the solutions are... starting a new game and or doing a clean and fresh install again, if and when something goes terribly wrong.

The actual rule. most of us routinely modify running games.  "Don't rock the boat" is of little  merit in a support forum, for a game with a plethora of ever improving opportunities presented by new mods or mods we just heard about, or are re-visiting, and Skyrim, of all games, Skyrim, home of the million and one mods... where modding is half the game...

 

Please, for the love of Mike, just give it a rest with the "don't mod a current game, you bad bad child, you deserve every scrape on your knee!" rubbish. That may be ideal, but it's not realistic.

 

If I'd had to start a new game for every mod I've installed (or by extension, uninstalled) over the past 4 years, I'd have had to start nearly a thousand new games. That is, if not more...
