What mod creates Giantesses (female)

I ran into a female Giantess (see pic) and did not intentionally install a mod that causes that. The ids refer to Skyrim.esm. Does anyone know where this comes from?

for people that only want balls on there creatures for realism sake.

If you can find another one in game open console and click on her then take photo and upload.

 

You say you clicked on her in game and got a id# that points to skyrim.esm? 

 

Clicking on her with console opened should give you your answer.

As LordFlawn said, the last couple of versions of MNC added some female versions of creatures. Giants and Dragon Priests I think to start with.

I thought the newest version had an option to disable them on install, if not it can be done in xEdit pretty easily.
