NEW TO TK17

Recently seen some stuff created with tk17 and wanna give it a crack but unsure of proper download links and what I should be downloading and how? 
 

Honestly would love the best looking game possible so any suggestions would be great

An other thread that was hijack, not only it went off topic, but was use to spread disinformation and/or insults.
