hello how can i activate everything at skyrim i downloaded the game and i can't play the sex mods

You can also you a mod manager.  MO2 is recommended.  Make sure you have the correct mods for the version of game you have.  LE mods won't work with an SE game.

Which mods have you installed?
It is in the Plugins.txt.
You can find the file in YourAccount \ AppData \ Local \ Skyrim.

 

And SKSE is required for almost all mods and so - start Skyrim using SKSE.

is there a netlimmerse override standalone without the racemenu?, because everytime i use the ece with racemenu installed which is included in the netlimmerse override the game crashed, though i don't need the racemenu I'm using vortex btw or should i use MO2 instead?

Yes there is.

I never had that problem when I used ECE and RM together.

Ah sorry?silly me. I'm using the 

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended, also I installed the sexlab framework Se in MO2 but it says I need to enable the plug in

Esp/esl/esm or otherwise the game will crash same with mass matchmaker SE. but I only see 2(when I clicked the sexlabframework in MO2)plugin from sexlabframework Se

Esp and esm this is where I stopped(i already installed the xp32 and CBBE AND CBP) I kinda know how to use MO2 just a lil bit. the problem is there's a lot of features in MO2 of where I should find the very NOOK AND CRANNY or what should I edit or click or to use to fix the errors, and I was wondering how to initiate the sex scene or what kind of mod should I need to initiate the intercourse.AND I'M USING VORTEX NOW.

1. This is LE tech support. SE has its own section.

2. You need to do some watching and reading on how to mod Skyrim and use the various tools such as your mod manager.

3. This site is chock-full of mods for getting sex in Skyrim. Try reading reading the descriptions of those that tickle your fancy.
