Anyone mind telling which mod causing issue

You're running game version 1.66, so update the game and all mods. then delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4". Maybe that will take care of the issue - it certainly won't hurt. Any script/gameplay mod, that didn't receive an update recently, should be removed from your Mods folder temporarily. You can add those back into your game, once everything's running smoothly (I'd suggest one-by-one or 50/50, to test for issues).

Also, since Nisa's Wicked Pervs is involved: Make sure to properly run the patch for the custom traits after you update everything. Instructions can be found in the changelog for Wicked Pervs.

yeah i was busy past few days now got free, i did remove nisa for now and now its working great but theres another issue furniture,bed,tables etc are missing even if i start a new game it didnt happen before is there anyway to fix it ? and this file was generated after removing nisa

Missing furniture is because of outdated Basemental Drugs/Gangs.
