Missing Breast

so i've had this issue sine day one of Sims 4 modding and I have no idea where to even begin diagnosing the issue. its random and it's clears up with a simple travel or location change. anyone know why this is happening?

Had a similar thing with a broken top a while ago (undressing it lead to the whole torso disappearing), so I'd say it's some broken CC here, too.

Best bets would probably be clothes and nude tops, but since it's a rather irregular shape, tattoos and skin details might also be worth checking. Other than that, maybe a script mod applying some kind of overlay.

It seems that these vertices are simply missing due to a bug.

I still have no idea which is causing this and I also have this issue randomly.

but it has to be a bug in a mod we're using. the vanilla sim ladies don't have this issue.

I also think of a bug. It rarely happens to me.

At the moment I have left hands that disappear at times.

I have the same.

In my case mostly Base Sims are bugged but some of my creations have it too and some are ok. It's really random as far I can tell. Undressing in CAS doesn’t do anything for me.

I had one before the last patch but can't remember how I fixed the Sim. It happened with a Sim I wanted to change anyway and as I did it fixed the Bug but now I can't find what I did and looking at my Households and how many are bugged out it would be sad if I had to fix them all one by one.

I'm curently looking to fix it and for now I can only say that the bugged Sims when loded Ingame are fine but in CAS they are still bugged

i think most use a breast sep-slider so i'm assuming that this is just something that we'll have to live with?

When this issue happen to me, I generaly solve it by modifying breasts size Ingame with MCCC.

The sliders have fixed values. If modifying them fixes this issue (temporarily?) then it's really a strange bug.

all i do to fix it is fast travel somewhere.
