That sounds like you have a mod affecting the menus. If something overwrites the default menus from SkyUI it will give you warnings (you can disable them in the SkyUI mcm if the menus from the other mod are working as intended). The E not appearing is also something from a mod. So check the mods you have installed and learn about what they do or something.

idk, whats messing with Skyui,  have uiextensions and paper map, but aside from that idk what would mess with it.

That's probably not it but check in the settings (Escape) whether or not your HUD is enabled.

If no then some mod is probably forcing a ini change through MO2, you can see mods which do so by the paperclip in the right pane.

Did you check ingame in the options if your HUD is enabled? If it is then forget about my post.

it is enabled i think  i most of ui's are enabled except for the one for combat and exploring and stuff.

It's surely a mod you installed. And most likely one that doesn't contain plugins to work, so it won't appear in the loadorder you posted. Just take a good long look at the mods you've deliberately chose to add to your game and check their features, description, settings, etc.

ah, i always do that (cause well i learned to do that from my fo4 modding experience), but i got my hud back now, now to fix the 2nd worst problem i encountered last night, CTD when exiting the mcm menu, but it doesnt always happen, only sometimes.

 

oh wait its probably my animation count, fnis says 73.2% ctd ( reinstalled anims and changed settings, now its at 58% ) also the hud bug is back now ? only on new games tho.

 

edit: Installing Skyhud, fixed my missing hud/ui
