I'm a little confused. That's not Harry's work and this is FS8

Sorry I tried searching using image search and it gave me that name, also by the author I mean the original designer, I believe Ryan Reos was the name.

I know that the fantasy 8 one was converted, I'm looking for the one posted above

Any clue about this? I've seen these models appearing in a range of games, from Skyrim to Resident Evil 2 Does anyone have the source, the original model?
