I also noticed something popped up once about script conflicts.. would that be my problem? I dont have any mods that changes breezehome

Wait for a couple of hours in game and then sit back for a few min in real time, and continue to play and pray it will make your save somewhat cleaner. P.S. I lost my 100+hour save a week ago, gives me a lesson to be extra careful when you are installing/uninstalling script-heavy mods.

My character lose its head when I tried that command hahaha)

Thanks lidowxxx, I am using skes but curious do i type this while playing skyrim or is this skes console Load your save, open up the console, type the command and then wait for a couple of hours in game and then a few min in real time, save, it may take some time(up to a few hours according to SKSE team) to clean the save, in the mean time, you can play the game, preferably in some places you don't get CTD.
