Yep, the stockings look to be from Petrovich's UNP Undies.  The body is UNP.  No idea about the face.  The armor is the UNP version of Schwertleite Set (the original mod is here).  The helmet is from another armor called Yukikaze Armor.  If you want the armor, you can find a download for it in an earlier post in this thread.  No idea where the boots are from--I know I've seen them before.
