Second pic -- retextured and modified version of JackGa's Kasumi school uniform, ported for CoS. Should be in the Adult Downloads section.

 

(In its original CBBE incarnation, that uniform had a problem in which if you swim in it, it becomes transparent. BTW, MF is such a pain in the arse, I'll have to upload bigger stuff in Mega)

The are a few body glossing mods around too, like uhm....   "can'tremberthenamemaketehpeopleszshiney" and they did it through the specular map.

... oh "gloss-tech" or "glosstech" or something along those lines anyway was what one was called.  However a lot of people find that it makes their characters look plasticy, or like a barbie-doll covered in clear coat nail polish. 

 

Imo like dobmc said, experimenting with Glossiness, and specular strength will give better results. I'd suggest working with much-much smaller numbers though, but too each their own.

The bikini is ~somewhere~ on loverslab, in cbbe already, I saw it yesterday, but can't for the life of me find it again. Well at least a retex or maybe the original texture of it is. Still might be a port of that, but either way, it's kicking around here somewhere.
