Rise of the Tomb Raider Lara nude mod

Recommended Posts

It still a bit unclear to me what issue you have. my guesses are following -

1) You have different version of "Noesis Model Import-Export Plugin 1.7c" plugin

~) If this is the case --> please check step 1.1

2) You have changed line 960 in file "fmt_TR2_mesh_1_7.py", but it haven't fixed export issue

~) If this is the case --> please share screenshot of error that you see when doing export and please share screenshot of line you have changed in file "fmt_TR2_mesh_1_7.py".

~~) Also please make sure that Noesis app is restarted after you have saved changed "fmt_TR2_mesh_1_7.py" (in case you have it opened while doing 1.6 step)

p.s. english is not my native language eather

No, I have exactly downloaded the files from your posted links.

Only step 1.6 is different in my editor. So I changed it.

I have not starting modding yet. I have only downloaded and controlled all files.

Thank you for all of your efforts here. It can't be taken for granted.

Are you looking for somthing like this? -

If so, I just used same guide as I metioned in previous post (on page 40).

It is "Lara Croft Classic Outfit (SFW)" and "Lara Nude Version X" mashed up.

first mod have missing body mesh under top mesh, so I just used "Modeling" to remove top mesh (since it share same mesh with shorts) and replaced whole body mesh from second mod.

As mentioned in guide:

2.3 note that miniskirt mesh was pasted into model collection with changed name and references, so you have to update them all manually (by just removing ".001" for the property end).

  * You will need to go thru all those properties (of "Mesh_3_0" only) on right side panel to update names, please be very careful there to not miss anything.

That bullet is specific for each replacement you doing when replacing one mesh with another, but main idea is the same - you need to update all those names in to be in line with original mesh.

That looks nice! did you upload the files of the mod you made in the pictures?? Id like to use it myself... also do you know any way to enable the dirt and blood back on the mods ?

Nice.
I can confirmed this tutorial works for me to make my Ideal Lara with very amateur experience with blender.

She is playable in the game but somehow every time I use noesis to made fbx to tr2mesh, the files turned really small size and Lara's missing all of her expression in the game.

May I ask your blender's export setting ?

Edit : DANG, I forgot to put -bs string

@heraifx I haven't played around enought with exporting to give correct answer here, but they have a note about facial expressians in Noesis plugin on nexsus:

Spoiler

Blend shapes are the facial animations for ROTTR, but unfortunately their format in the game is not well understood and they can only be copied and imported. Therefore, they will only work with original unchanged geometry. You can export with the " -bs" argument after the name of the tr2mesh file to export over, and the plugin will copy lara's head mesh from the other tr2mesh file, with its blendshapes intact (if it has them still, as exporting without the " -bs" parameter will delete all blendshapes).
You can now also import facial blend shapes as meshes using the Noesis plugin, thanks to aman's research. Increase the number of blend shapes by increasing gNumDisplayShapes in the global options at the top of the py file. Lara's head has 107 blendshapes, and you can change which one of them it starts on by changing the "gFirstShape" option.
Keep in mind while editing that the Bone affect limit / vertex weight limit is 4. Also, make sure your scaling is correct and not 2.54x bigger or 0.39x smaller (inches vs cm units)

So maybe it could be a good start to figure this thing out..

Note: regarding this '-bs' thingy it is for guide step 4.5

How do i find out if a mod is a Mesh mod or just a Texture mod?

Imagine a texture as a wallpaper on a wall, the color changes, but the wall stays the same.

A mesh is like adding big titties into your wall.It may or may not have a texture to accompany that.

(Lara with a red shirt, but her body stays the same? Texture)

(Lara with bikini, and a thiccer body? Mesh)

I think im late for this modding scene of Rise of Tomb raider, i tried with EGS version yes it didnt work, for the cracked version it doesnt have the bigfile.update3.000.000.tiger both have the same problem, and then i heard that the steam version got the same patch like EGS (from Jostar mod posts), so its not working anymore unless you have previous version, so is it worth to buy steam version in this condition?

do you guys think think the epic version will become modable in the next few motnhs/years? or is there something that completely prevents it

No clue on the technical aspect, but given how long it took the Steam version to be modded, I doubt it. Hell right now, the current version on both platforms can't be modded. We have to downgrade.

Any chance of someone posting the nude variant of this mod if its already made, I can't get this out of my head

Use the guide provided on the previous page and create it yourself. The modified Tr2mesh was even provided. It's not hard to get that into game.

EDIT: @a4dce - Do you mind if I upload .RTF files for your tutorials? That way people can download them and back them up on their own system in case god for bid something happens and your posts get taken down?  Of course you will be credited. I literally just took your tutorials and put them in a document. (Pictures included.)

I can even send them to you privately first so that way you can put your own copyright info on them if so desired. As I'm sure that took you a good hour or more of work. (As I personally come from the photoshop tutorial scene where EVERY tutorial has the authors copyright stamped all over it. I do it myself.)

Well, this mod, at least for me, doesn't work on the EGS version. Throws an error, CTD and asks that you verify file integrity the moment you try to load a save. It seems that even texture mods are no good anymore.

If you are talking about Rise of the Tomb Raider, that's been established for quite awhile. Rise of the Tomb Raider mods DO NOT WORK on the EGS version.  If you are talking about 2013, no clue. It should work as texture mods usually use 3rd party programs. But I'd as for help in the correct thread.

The RTF files are attached below for a4dce's tutorials.

If you see any errors in formatting/missing steps let me know. As I didn't proof read it. Just copied and pasted really. And I did it in a hurry. I'll also take a look at them indepth myself this weekend and physically go through the tutorials step by step. That way if there are any "hang ups" from the potential of inexperienced users, I'll hopefully find them and will be able to add clarification.

I take absolutely no credit. I merely put the tutorials into a word document so they could be backed up.
